Welcome to Daffodil Lane! By placing an order or using our website at daffodillane.net, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Products All Daffodil Lane products are handcrafted and made to order. Product colors, scents, and personalization details are customized based on the information you provide at checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting — we begin processing orders promptly and cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

2. Personalization You are responsible for the accuracy of any personalization details (names, dates, messages, color choices) submitted with your order. Daffodil Lane is not responsible for errors in personalization information provided by the customer.

3. Processing & Shipping Orders are processed within 1–5 business days depending on order volume and complexity. Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Local Pickup Local pickup is available in Clarksburg, Maryland. Pickup details and instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email.

5. Cancellations Because our products are made to order, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

6. Returns & Refunds Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability Daffodil Lane is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
