Due to the nature of handmade products, there are no returns or refunds on the purchases. 

 

Weather & Heat Disclaimer

Due to the natural properties of glycerin soap, our products may melt or sweat when exposed to heat or warm temperatures. This includes exposure during transit (such as storage in warm shipping facilities or delivery vehicles) or after delivery (such as being left in a hot mailbox, on a porch, or in a vehicle).

We strongly recommend having your order delivered to a location where it can be brought indoors promptly upon arrival. During warmer months, we also suggest selecting an expedited shipping option to minimize transit time.

Daffodil Lane is not responsible for melting, sweating, or any heat-related damage that occurs during or after shipping. Orders affected by heat damage are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
